The Problem
We had not updated the Ace Concierge page since 2011/2012, and as 8 years quickly flew by, we popped in occasionally and hinted at a redesign. Susan, the owner, was reluctant to take the time away from her valued clients. 2020 was the year where she could wait no longer. Just as all other things in this year, her site would become non-functional due to an outdated theme.
The Need
Susan wanted an engaging site that shared the essence of her and her team and offered clients a sneak peek at her energetic personality. This meant a site that tells a great story, is as dynamic as she is, and offers her clients a glimpse of the results Susan and her team achieve for their businesses. She needed prospective clients to better understand her offerings, and help them make choices.
The Solution
Small Biz didn’t just build a website, we created a catalog of services, recorded a story, animated it, built a video, and created an engaging site that shared case studies of her client successes. We worked with Susan on copy rewrites and image selection, and testimonials. Her keen desire to give back inspired a referral page linking to businesses she loves.
